MessagePlus bet on WhatsApp as the primary support channel, not email or chat widgets. I joined as the sole designer to take the product from zero to live in two months.
What I Built
Built the entire product from a blank canvas, interaction patterns, information architecture, component library, and visual language all defined from scratch. Designed AI-assisted routing that surfaces the right conversations to the right agents without manual triage. Created a real-time dashboard that makes queue state, agent load, and resolution rates readable at a glance. Shipped a scalable design system that kept the product coherent as features multiplied.

Outcome
The platform is live and actively used across Europe and the UAE. Enterprise customers including Rexel, Auto24, Camping-Car Park, and Thalazur rely on it daily for customer support operations at scale.
